Customer Contract
CT Pool Care and Repair is pleased to offer our new customer contract for pool services. This comprehensive contract outlines the various services we provide to ensure the optimal maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of your pool. Under this contract, our highly trained and experienced technicians will perform regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing, to keep your pool free from debris and maintain its pristine appearance. We also offer water chemistry testing and adjustments to ensure the perfect balance of chemicals for safe and enjoyable swimming. Our contract does not include equipment maintenance services. Equipment maintenance services will be a different cost. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be promptly addressed to minimize downtime and keep your pool in top condition. To enhance your pool experience, our contract also covers pool opening and closing services. We will prepare your pool for the summer season, including removing covers, reassembling equipment, and balancing chemicals. At the end of the season, we will winterize your pool, ensuring it is properly protected from freezing temperatures and ready for a smooth reopening in the following year. For added convenience, our contract offers flexible scheduling options to fit your needs. Whether you require weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, we can accommodate your preferences.
